Wave of Windows
This photograph features the half-pipe curvature of Lake Point Tower in Chicago, Illinois. If you're not familiar with Lake Point Tower, now would be a great time to google it.
Lake Point Tower has always been one of my favorite buildings in Chicago, but it wasn't until I got a little older did I find out (and appreciate) it was inspired by a 1922 Mies van der Rohe design.
[A running joke with me is that I refer to this as the Mansfield Building whenever I see it. Like Jayne Mansfield, this building has seriously awesome curves. I know, I'm horrible.]
