Wrought Iron Face with Flower Eyes
I brought in 2013 by spending 2 nights camped high on Three Fingered Jack. While hiking back down through an area of forest burned back in '03 I stopped to photograph the scorched tree shadows being projected across the rolling, sunlit snow. Bleeding Color In Valley of Fire state park, Crazy Hill has all colors mixed up in the sandstone as it folds up and around a small hill. This telephoto shot shows off some of the amazing colors here.
