Although not soaring high above the earth, using its amazingly keen eyesight to find unsuspecting prey, its still magnificent in my eye, and being able to see one this close, I could have shot all day and never moved. This is the Golden Eagle (thanks Gayle for pointing out my failures! Glad SOMEONE is paying attention!) Perhaps not as famous as their American Bald Eagle cousin, (perhaps because they're nearly now extinct) they are one of the most beautiful birds I've ever seen. Hope you enjoy. Mat
