It looks like the juvenile Roseate Spoonbill found something to eat
Amazing aurora borealis over Obed Lake This display was so amazing. I shot this with a 24 mm lens, and even with the wide-angle, could only capture a part of the arch. I tried doing some panoramas, but the Aurora was moving and dancing all the time, so Photoshop has trouble trying to line up the images! I'll be attempting some manual panorama blending - stay tuned... This is Obed Lake, about 2 1/2 hours west of Edmonton, about 2 a.m. Posted 2013-05-20
