I had two opportunities to try and catch the firefall of Horsetail Falls this year. On a Friday night, Marc and I (along with a few hundred other photographers) thought we'd give it a try and were lucky to have both some warm evening light and a bit of flow in the falls. A grand and glorious display brought to you courtesty Mother Nature…if you're lucky enough to be here during only two short weeks each year this light happens during the last few minutes of sunset, and when the half dozen necessary conditions are right. The weather gods smiled on us just a bit.
