Jan 21, 2013 Yesterday, Barack Obama was sworn into office for his second term. Today, the inaugural festivities took place. I don't usually get political but...with so many people out of work, losing their homes and going hungry, the excess of the inaugural celebrations just doesn't sit right with me. For those that think I am bashing Obama, I am not. It is not a Democrat or Republican issue, it is an American issue. I think a small, respectful swearing in ceremony was all that was needed.
