Kauffman Lager House

As I understand it it is their old lager room where they would save ice from the winter and use it to cool the room even further down for lager beer storage. When you walk down below the warehouse above, it gets noticeably cooler, about 60 degrees down there. They even have a layer of rooms another 30 or so feet lower below this one.
