Sailfish off of Isla Mujeres near Cancun Mexico is home to thousands of sailfish who annually arrive to feast on sardines. They hunt as coordinated groups, rounding up the sardines and take turns attacking. They turn different colors as they attack, then raise their sails to round up fish and use their elongated bills to slice through the school wouding and isolating individual sardines.
