The four Bomber Command Veterans began their visit by delivering a presentation to an extremely fascinated and humbled crowd of servicemen and women from RAF Coningsby.
Johnny, John, George and Dave captivated the audience with their incredible stories, speaking of their memories being part of Bomber Command during the Second World War.
Following on from this, Squadron Leader Milikin amongst other members of the BBMF team, welcomed the Veterans to lunch in the BBMF Lancaster lunch followed by a tour of the BBMF Hangar. The Veterans spent the afternoon sharing memories and looking in and around Thumper, BBMF's Lancaster aircraft.
