Upper Elk Creek Falls consists of two short drops divided by a pool between.  These falls are approx. 60' in height, the width makes them look shorter but they are definitely more tall.
Upper Elk Creek Falls is located on the Elk River, 40 miles east of Moscow, Idaho.  Within one mile, this river contains three seperate distinct waterfalls, aptly known as "Upper", "Middle" and "Lower".  Each set of falls has easy viewing on well marked USDF trails.  "Upper Elk Creek Falls" is approx. 60' in height and consists of two drops seperated by a pool and narrow rock formations before dropping into a basin.
