Inside Saint Declan's Church in Ardmore, Ireland
Blue Sky! Taken with my iPhone as I am not yet strong enough to do the 2km circuit, climb the steps and carry my Nikon D80 with lenses. Left is view from the top of one of the 3 sets of steps I climb, top right is from the top looking towards where I live and bottom right is the view from the start of the walk including the first set of steps. When I started back walking Monday last week I kept to the lower walk. One circuit is 2km with only a few moderate sloes. This week I have been able to do that walk plus go up and down all three sets of steps along the route so feeling quite please considering thsi time last year I was beginning my 10 months of intensive cancer treatments.
