This is a stack of 8 x 4 minute exposures but the foreground is from just one exposure. All with the 8mm Sigma fish-eye lens at f/4 and Canon 5D MkII at ISO 800. Jupiter is the brightest object. The Zodiacal Light reaches up from the west at right and goes across the sky to form the Gegenschein, a subtle bright patch below centre at left in Cancer and Leo. A telescope taking close up shots of Orion is silhouetted against the distant sky glow at right.
