SmugMug > popular > Humor > April 14, 2003. Another classic, despite it's young age. Why? Because American Greetings has decided that it somehow violates their copyrights and trademarks for Strawberry Shortcake, despite the presence of something called PARODY in our society. Just glad I can do my part to save the American way of life and show the PA genius to the world.

SmugMug > popular > Humor > This was my birthday present from my Austrian friends. It's the best! About 9 months ago I started telling them that I was "Sisi" reincarnated, which they thought was hysterical. Sisi, for those of you who don't know, is the most famous Queen of Austria, and Austrian's love her! If you come to Vienna, you see this, and only this, picture of her everywhere. (She didn't like to be photographed). You can visit the Hofburg Palace, a famous attraction in Vienna. She's huge. Therefore, you can imagine how entertained my friends were when I continually tried to convince them I was sure I used to be her. At my birthday party they were continually making jokes about how I didn't look like her (of course, why would I, I'm in a different life - hello?) They got such a kick out of teasing my continually about this, they came up with the idea to impose my face on hers. They actually made a t-shirt for me to wear and gave me a framed photo - it was absolutely the best present they could have given me! Don't you think it's perfect? And the best part - they now call me "Kisi"
