SmugMug > popular > Other > Sunday July 20th 2008 ~ Ok today was Flinders Day over on Coochiemudlo Island thats that Island I have told you about before the one you can walk to in low tide or for $2 you can catch a boat its not a touristy like Island its more a residential Island BUT its a nice place to visit for the day anyway it was Flinders Day cos it was on this day 209 years ago that explorer Matthew Flinders first set foot on Coochie so they had a parade which is where this pic was taken then they have a huge re-inactment which you guessed it these guys where a part of in the spot that it happened so anyway was all in all a good day Daniel was pretty good but I will never understand him when there where gunshots going of during the flag raising he doesn't make a peep BUT turn the vaccum cleaner on and there is tears and fretting GO FIGURE see ya's tommorra (((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))))))
