SmugMug > popular > Other > bright rhodie stack 05/12/08 walked past this rhododendron on the way to the mother's day party at my step-moms and couldn't resist stopping to shoot it. i'm back home so will hopefully be catching up on what beautiful and interesting pics i've missed over the week-end
SmugMug > popular > Other > Wednesday 8th October 2008 ~ Okay I am not on a bug Craze I swear todays shot just panned out that way I was doing some babysitting for a friend and I did some dishes while I was there and took the rubbish out anyway as I was coming out the door I found this little extra terrestrial and I thought "cool" but for sure it still won't be there when I get back from the bin and it was then I think "There is no way that it will be there by the time I go get my camera and come back since I've had a broken foot I can't exactly HURRY any where even when I want to in fact when I try to go fast it slows me down cos it hurts :-( anyway of track .... So I hobbled to the other end of my friends house where I had my camera out of reach of little fingers and hobbled back and while I was on the walk/limp I decided that if he was stll there when I go back and didn't hop of the second I tried to take his picture he would be my daily photo and lo and behold I get back (and the whole trip took me a few minutes)and he's right where I left him and not only that he was a very co-operative little subject he let me shoot him at all different angles even a few camera in the face shots in fact he was so good I had trouble choosing which one to share with you guys cos he had such an excellent little face but his full length shots where cool too so when you can't decide go to Mumma So this one was Mum's choice Hope you like him as much as I did see you all tomorrow (((((((((((HUGS)))))))))

SmugMug > popular > Other > red-winged maple 09/13/08 had no jury duty today so was able to work. TONS of restocking to do ( i handle all our stocking and storing of all non-food items ie to-go boxes, napkins, etc etc etc) but got things pretty much caught up. warm sunny day and i was feeling stiff so i walked home and this lovely color caught my eye so i nabbed it for my dp. have agreat week-end all
