SmugMug > popular > Other > 10-4-08 Today was one of those great-yet-awful days -- great because I got TONS of good shots today; awful because I then was faced with the difficult task of CHOOSING one to use for my daily. I went up to Salt Lake with Alisha and Adam today and we went all over taking pictures. In the end, I could have picked any out of about fifty, and that's always a tear-your-hair-out kind of experience. Finally, I chose one from the interior of the Cathedral of the Madeleine -- a place I got to introduce Alisha to today! It's just so pretty. I've given you shots of some of their stained glass, but this is the first time I've gotten any "real" interior shots, and I've wanted to for a while, so this won out over anything else.

A nice sized crowd gathered to watch, but it took some time and effort to recruit four people with enough spirit to take the challenge. The young man closest to the camera won. His prize . . .
