But, being able to experience the world through all of your eyes is truly amazing. My world is much brighter and much more beautiful via your shared photos. I am grateful for that. Thank you!
SmugMug > popular > Other > Thursday 17th July 2008 ~ Mum's Gerbra's are out sorry about the bug but I didn't really notice him til I uploaded then I said to myself "self... you are not going back out there in cold and drizzle on account of a widdle bug" so the bug stays .... Well Daniel is asleep YAY 4 me he has 2 new teeth making him the proud owner of 10 and there mates are on there way thru too on account of these teeth we had to upgrade to a big boy toothbrush he had a baby one which is like a latex glove finger with a brush on it but that of course ment the finger that was in the brush went into the mouth and we all know what happened then now we only argue over who gets to hold the new tooth brush and since I am 5 ft taller and the Mum I win (hey I gotta take wins were I can get them these days he has a strong little personality) Anyway I am not sure how bugs and gerbras became toothbrushes and toddler battles But it did so I will say bye before I get further of track hope you like Mums gerbras as much as me see you t'morra ((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))

SmugMug > popular > Other > light pink hollyhocks 08/04/08 not very happy with this but it was best i could do under the overcast and i just didn't want to shoot anything indoors. didn't even notice the ladybug on the leaf when i was shooting or i might've tried a more close up on it with a flash and forgotten about trying to get the flwoers on a dull day. hope this finds you and yours doing better than grand!
SmugMug > popular > Other > pollinating the blackberries 06/28/08 caught this while taking a quick breath of fresh air out back at work. was going to just shoot the blackberry flowers because they're one of my fav's and when i got close this bumble was busy working so i got it too, on the first try luckily because half a second after i snapped it zipped off
SmugMug > popular > Other > June 15, 2008. Day 102. I took a lot of photos today in between bouts of rain. It seems I have a great deal to learn ( surprise, surprise). The photos look a lot better through the viewfinder than they do on my computer...they just don't seem crisp for lack of a better word. And I don't know what I am doing wrong. That said, I really like the new camera. I also have to decide on a decent photo storage/editing program. I am thinking of getting Aperture since I am a Mac person (for the last two years). I also have to decide how many photos to keep since I am keeping too many and am about to run out of memory on my MacBook, although I have enough on the IMac.
SmugMug > popular > Other > flathead weed (i'd rather have a harley) 09/25/08 this is right out the back door at work. had a lovely rain and it somehow completely flattened the seedhead without koncking them off. i wanted stronger detail on the seeds but don't think i could've gotten it without the flash and i wanted natural light even tho it was low
