SmugMug > popular > Other > (4-18-08) Okay, I know I already uploaded a photo for today, but as I was sitting at my computer, I chanced to look out the window and see this scene and I rushed out to grab it. The way the moon was hitting the petals on those blossoms of the tree I took this afternoon was just too gorgeous to pass up, and I thought I'd share. Please, be lenient with me, this is a handheld shot at two seconds' shutter speed, so it's not exactly the best clarity in the world, but I didn't have time to set up a tripod, as the moon was about the go behind clouds again. So this is what you get.

SmugMug > popular > Other > under the cones 09/07/08 these cones are maturing nicely since i shot them last month. http://dedmanshootn.smugmug.com/gallery/4753036_v9Lqd#347961949_sJ3TU i went for a different perspective this time and had to use the flash as it was quite a grey day. the cool grey bug was an unexpected bonus. i still can't find my one saved sensor cleaning wand but stopped by 'quicksilver' (if you're in bellingham and need anything photographic they're THE place to go as far as i'm concerned , http://quicksilverphotolab.com/ ) and jeff kindly blew the dust that would come off out for me. i still need to give it a proper cleaning but at least its much better than it was.
