Each photographer chooses whether their prints ship through Bay Photo lab or EZ Prints lab. All merchandise (mugs, magnets, etc.) ships from the EZ Prints lab. If your shopping cart contains items from both labs, the shipping charge is cumulative.
Add-on Charges: Each mounted, stretched, or wrapped canvas print will cost an additional $5 to ship. From Bay Photo, large prints require extra handling due to flat-packing. We'll add $1 to your order if the largest print is 16 inches or larger, or $2 if it's 20 inches or larger, or $3 if it's 30 inches or larger.
*6-10 Business Day shipping is available for small orders of up to 50 prints up to 5x7 in size for EZ Prints. For Bay Photo, prints up to 8x10 in size can ship via this method.
**Shipping prices are calculated based on the wholesale cost of prints. Many professional photographers set higher, custom print prices. These will not increase your shipping costs.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders typically ship after 1-2 business days, but a more accurate processing time will be given in the shopping cart.
EZ Prints, from Georgia
6-10 Business Day shipping is via the US Postal Service and is not trackable.
3-5 Business Day shipping is US Postal Service Priority mail or FedEx 3day, trackable.
Second Business day and Next Business day shipping are FedEx, trackable.
Note: Prints up to 8x10 are packed flat, 10x10 and up are typically tubed.
Bay Photo, from California
6-10 Business Day shipping is US Postal Service First Class, not trackable.
3-5 Business Day shipping is UPS ground or US Postal Service Priority, trackable.
Second Business day and Next Business day shipping are UPS, trackable.
Note: All prints are shipped flat.
International Shipping
Shipping rates depend on country and are calculated by multiplying the domestic rates at the top of this page by the country's multiplier. Approximate multipliers based on region are listed below, but the best way to check rates is to add items to your shopping cart.

*Please note that FedEx will invoice the recipient directly for any applicable customs fees and import taxes.
You'll see Airmail Letter or Airmail Parcel instead of 6-10 Business Day or 3-5 Business Day. These are US Postal Service methods and are handed off to the postal services of whatever countries they go through. These methods typically arrive within 3 weeks.
You'll see International Economy instead of Second Business day. This ships through FedEx from EZ Prints lab, and through UPS from Bay Photo lab, and timing varies by country but is typically 5-7 business days. Please note that packages can get held up at customs, from time to time.
There is no Next Business day equivalent for International orders.
